Good clean large comfortable room. The location was also near a metro station. Tram and bus station were also near by. The termini station is also not far. The breakfast was limited but good. The staff is helpful. Even though she doesnt know English using a translation app she was able to communicate.

The breakfast was perfect and my family always looked forward to it. There is a variety of different items in the breakfast which we could choose from. The facility staff are courteous and helpful. They were accomdating to what time we wanted breakfast and gave this on time, everyday. Our room beds were made daily, coffee cups replaced, bathroom cleaned. New towels replaced. Our room overlooked the balcony but unfortunately the weather did not permit us to use it. The hotel location was excellent as we were 15 min walk away from Termini and other major sightseeing locations.

It is a very good place with a wonderful location close to the metro station. The lady was very helpful and smiled, the breakfast was wonderful and served in our room every day.

Cozy room with attached bathroom, very clean. Breakfast wheeled in at 0730 by a lady, with hard boiled eggs, cereal, and orange juice, though the warm milk, which is fine for coffee, was not suitable for the cereal.

Extraordinary delicious and full breakfast, very friendly and nice owner and ladies serving, possibility of leaving the luggage for free, very close to subway, walking distance from a number of attractions, Colloseum included. There is an independent heating and cooling by air conditioning. Walking distance from Termini and no need to take taxi or subway after leaving the shuttle from the airport. Nice local cafe at the street corner, with real Italian espresso serving at the counter.

The owner Anna Maria has been wonderful. She is very kind and considerate. She left us to stay later. The location was excellent, close to everything a tourist needs.

The room is really large and comfortable. The balcony is a nice plus, especially for smokers. The paintings on the walls are quite beautiful too. We had a rich room served breakfast every morning and 2 very nice ladies (for Romanians, ask for Elena, she's really friendly) asking us every time if we need something. The location is great for visiting the Colloseum, Roman Forum and Unification Monument. The main Termini station is nearby and also the Manzoni Metro station too. There's also some shops on the ground floor for food.

As positive i can definitely describe the location - about 5 minutes to metro, there was also small grocery store in the same building. Additionally the room was clean, although it would need small renovation, but it was ok, including electric kettle and small safe. Breakfast was on time, the owner was quite flexible about it.

The lady was nice, even though it is not the best location it can be considered as a nice location. Breakfast can be considered nice for Europe standards. I stayed in the room with the balcony and it was a plus.

We loved this B&B so much, we stayed here twice! The room we had was small, but clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast (croissants, toast with jams and cheese, cereal, orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate) brought to the room is a really nice touch and when we had to check out early to catch our flight, they left a to-go breakfast in the mini fridge for us the night before. The first time we stayed, we had a little problem with one of the keys (no one's fault) and they were very responsive via WhatsApp and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. It's about a 15-20min walk to the train station and a 20min walk to the Colosseum or a very very short walk to the metro so the location was quite convenient too!

Very nice owner of the hotel, good breakfast, clean room and bedsheets, comfortable bed, balcony is available. Owner allowed us to leave our bags for a day after check out. Easy to find the place, easy check in and check out. Good location.

Very spacious room, double bed plus one single bed, nice view from the 4th floor. Very modern bathroom and very gentle staff. Breakfast in the room brought by Gabriella was great, the necessary you need and was super nice!

Host was very helpful making sure we find the property without any problem. Room was clean and comfortable but other inconsiderate guest makes so much noise not the host fault. Maybe better walling will help
